Discord Has Been Fixed! (Patreon)

After ages of fighting with the bot, I got the discord rewards working again!

You may need to reconnect your patreon to discord. To do this, go to my patreon page, go to the top and click "My Membership" > scroll down to "connect to discord" and click.
