Try taking a shower as Hot!!!! as you can stand. Before lying down. The tempature change from extremely hot to cool. Could help you start to go to sleep. Its always easier to sleep when you are cool.

If its mental stress: Try distracting yourself. Not with TV Computer or Cellphone. They will stimulate your brain and keep it active. Try the story book before bed method. Use a book that you know so you don't stress over "what happens next" but allow yourself to get lost the "world" of the book. Physical stress.... Without being too crued. "Self Love" will release oxytocin and serotonin.
