This episode must have been insanely expensive to film. The yellow tunnel Oliver attacks the FBI convoy in near the end is the Cassiar Connector. It's on **the** highway through Vancouver (Hwy 1 / "Trans Canada"), and is the main route to the main crossing between Vancouver and North Vancouver. To say the tunnel is critical infrastructure is an understatement, and they somehow closed it for filming.

See, to me, it's not believable that Helena was able to crash Oliver's arrow. She's been shown to be massively unskilled in combat compared to the other skilled have to hand combatants and is constantly overestimsting her own abilities and intelligence. She also sucks as a person lol
