Where does the transformation begin?

I mean, arms are the closet thing to the sword so it makes sense... right?

Goblinounours

That new Disney prequel movie to Bamby is starting in a weird way.

What does she see in that blades reflective sheen?

I always thought starting from the bottom up works the best. Leaving the head and mind to change last.

I am a fan of bottom up tfs but I think proximity works better with this one

Arms make the most sense. UNLESS it takes the form of a halo dropping down around her, cinderella/pswg style. My votes for head.

I often think having a tail grow first would be fun because unlike hands, feet, or head, it's a whole new appendage. One that is out of sight, so your brain is like "something is different and I have no idea what it is."

why not abs? never seen a transformation start in the abs before

SILENGE

I think it's sort of a symbolic/ narrative thing, arms or legs give the character hopes of reversal while something in their center of mass is a sign of it being too late to stop. That's how I see it anyway.

Why do these things never start with the face? Human features are the worst to look at so why are they always the last to go? Face first and anything else in any order but the sooner the human face turns anthro the better.

Kenneth Winkelman

The transformation should start subtly with the naughty bits.

Happy we’ve got a comic strip going without transformations so both crowds get what they like :)
