WiP: Stuck in the Tickle Asylum (Patreon)

As you can see, this picture is still in its early stages and I will need to put some work into this until it is finished. However, I'm quite happy to have found some 3d assets that allowed me to create this preview. The finished picture will serve as introduction of a new theme: the Tickle Asylum.
