Surge XT 1.1 release has brought some new awesome features, as well as return of my favorite Royal Surge skin (though it has to be downloaded separately).

There's also a new multiband distortion plug-in around called Fire!

In this stream me and JohnTheBard have explored the new sounds and I've haphazardly tried to put together a piece of music by the end of that exploration (didn't work out so well).

The stream went quite a lot overtime - I guess time flies when you're not the sole person hosting the event!
