Grognard here, gaming since '80 so there is some of my perspective. Your top tier nailed it, I would slide the Red Dragon TSR logo down one rank. The Lizard Man I do not remember as a logo, but it was an illustration in one of the White Box books. Steve Jackson deserves more love, like Chaosium they have been rocking the same logo since the 70's, Icon. Judges Guild's logo was always the mark of quality, it deserves at least good. I have far too many good memories of their products, not so much current management. GDW also had a strong product and the logo was really good by 80's standards. Check out Mayfair Games - Role Aids products, they were one of the bigger third party producers back when with a distinctive logo.

I personally love the Gygax/Kaine logo, it felt so out of place at the bottom :'(. I am a lil surprised MCDM isn't there, and would actually like to see your opinion on it.
