Bugfix Homepage: Unlock with Patreon (Patreon)

Hello, Hexxet here,

I was recently informed that Patrons who did cancel their PAI Support Membership, could not unlock the PAIs anymore on my homepage via the "Unlock with Patreon" Button on the content pages. (You could resubscribe for free, but that's no solution).

I am very sorry for this inconvenience. I've asked Patreon Plugin Support and I've now heard back from them and I was informed that there is a different Button I can integrate in my homepage that does the trick. I've already tested it out and it works. :)

However, the workflow to unlock the content changes a bit for that: There is now a Button "Connect Your Patreon" on the Member Area Page (also on the main page). This button logs you in with your Patreon and from there on, the Patreon Plugin is able to confirm your access rights more accurately and you should have access to all your entitled content according to your tier/Lifetime Support even if you downgraded or cancelled.

PS: If you had not problems so far, the old way of unlocking things is still there!

(Note that this also "fixes" the previous problem about the archive. So, if you had problems with accessing archived comics that should have been unlocked by your lifetime support, use that Button on the Member Area Page and it should work now as well.)
