Hello, Hexxet here,

I've been thinking about Transform and Command (the new game-themed series) and I've finished deciding on the cast. Also, I've thought up some rules that seem to balance stuff out. Feedback on the rules and proposed transformations/ commands are welcome in the comments. I also have a raw frame of the story in mind already, but I won't be talking about that yet, sorry.

The cast has been decided by polls to be the following:

  • Lana
  • Nicole
  • Elizabeth
  • Amara
  • Dylan (V2 = short hair)
  • Vadim

All six of them will be playing the game. Additional characters might be used when needed. (Only the players, sworn in by an oath at game start, can Trigger or be target of a ToC-Question).

Rules of the game:

  • At game start and every day 6:00 AM your ToC-Points are reset to 80 + A-Karma.
  • Every ToC costs: 10 + LEVEL*SIZE*10 - AKarma ToC-Points
  • If you try to apply a command or transformation above your current Points:
  • - You do not lose points
  • - The transformation or command is not executed
  • - Rules apply as if you did ToC your target
  • - Karma is applied accordingly
  • Any ToC gives the following amount of Anti-Karma: A-Karma Gain = (Level-1)*5
  • You start with 0 Anti-Karma. Anti-Carma caps at 90.
  • Anti-Karma can be seen on the Game Board
  • The game board can not be moved (from its initial position at game start)
  • Players can not move away more than 10km from the game board
  • Players need to visit the game board at least once a day or will be punished by the game with a random transformation or command
  • You may not chose to do 3 transformations or commands in a row. If you already did 2 Transformations or Commands in a row your next decision defaults to the other.
  • You can not ToC the same person twice within 20 minutes. Exception: You are ToCed by somebody else in the meantime.
  • You can't ToC somebody who just ToCed you within 15 minutes.

ToC Levels:

  • Level 1: The target likes the transformation or to follow the command
  • Level 2: The target is rather neutral about the transformation or command
  • Level 3: The target dislikes the transformation or command
  • Level 4: The target hates the transformation or command

ToC Sizes:

  • Small: very minor change like hair color, eye-color, grow/shrink 5 cm, grow/shrink 1 cup-size
  • Medium: Hair-Style, grow/shrink 10cm, grow/shrink up to 3 cup-sizes
  • Big: Skin color, grow/shrink 11-30cm, grow/shrink up to 5 cup-sizes
  • Huge: Anything bigger

If you see a flaw/loop in the rules or have concerns/questions about them let me know. Also, feel free to propose transformations/commands you'd like to see in this new series (with a corresponding Size you deem appropriate). I won't promise to implement them, but there's a chance I like them and add them to my list of possible things that will happen :).

Use the comments to either give feedback on the rules or propose transformations/commands.

Uiuiui! Can´t wait to see your work! These rules sounds so spicy I´m really curious! Sooo... you know me well, I´d love to see some BE and Mind Control. But what would be fun to visualize too? Maybe some soul swap? Or new dressing rules for the person who´s effected? Random orgasm/fingering/grabbing boobs or flashing tits/pussy/butt? Act flirty/sexy? Oral fixation? Bimbofication? Bisexuality? No more pants/bra? Need to fuck no matter what? Serve someone?

Hexxet

Some of that are kinda hard to classify :). Are they commands or transformations? Like the oral fixation. How would you have the story lead to that? It kinda feels off as a transformation even though I think lowering IQ should be fine as a transformation... But implementing it as a command would be kinda clunky wouldn't it? Soul Swap is off the table --> We are Playing Transform or Command. So the closest thing to that might be one person transforming into the other and vica versa on two separate transform ToCs. Which makes no real sense to happen I think except maybe for a couple boy/girl who want to try the other perspective... which is not a topic of my target audience I think ^^.

Feel free to visualize whatever you like. These were just some ideas I had ;-) Maybe I´ll show up with new ones later :-D

What about a gamble mechanic? On rare occasions (I'm imagining once per game per player) the player has a chance go to gamble for a ToC that stands at the limit of what the game would allow or maybe even beyond it, but they have to say what their gambling for before they know if they got it. If they do, great! If not, the player they tried to ToC gets to impose an equally large ToC against them for free. Better hope that player either likes you or didn't get TOO offended by what you tried to do to them. Or you can just choose not to risk it.

Hm.... trying to establish a set of rules one can calculate with. This thing would completely break that up again and add luck based - anything's possible to it... Maybe if I trap myself in an unsolvable situation with logic that I add such a desperate moves (found in the fine prints of the game), but I hope our character's can resolve this like civilized scheming chess players ^^.

SDH

Fair. I'm just tossing out idea, so feel not to use em if they don't quite mesh with your plan.

Oha, this promises to be one awesome story! You sure love to think things through. I like this cause I feel the same. Such a set world with defined rules is so much more fun as “anything can happen plot hole filling randomness”. And for this game meaning everybody will get their serve ;) I like your idea of the forced, mix of control and transformation and target – prevents one-sidedness. The point system sounds well designed to prevent just world-changing-ToCs. It seems to promote fewer strong but hard hitting, and more smaller-medium ToCs which will be fun to see the characters hassle with. From the rule summary I didn’t fully grasp the point system, especially what happens when a ToC above current point sum is tried. Hopefully it remains easy to grasp. The ToC A-Karma gain from a ToC is (Level-1)*5, meaning from a lvl 1 ToC you get 0*5? Also if ToC cost is 10 + LEVEL*SIZE*10 and level is valued 1-4 and Sizes is valued 1-4(?) a small liked ToC would be valued 20, a medium neutral one 50 and a big disliked already 100? I seem to got something wrong here. As for ToCs I’d like to propose: Transformations: - Some small but mostly medium-big shrinking and growing of characters leaving them in the “still realistic” range of 1,30-1,50 m (shrunk) or 1,80-2,00 m (grown), super fun to watch, with awesome reactions and implications to interactions between characters and daily life! - Some good old breast expansion and also deflation which always makes for splendid reactions. -Increased/lowered fitness/muscles/body fat. - For the guys a longer/shorter dick, would both make for interesting/awkward reactions. - Longer legs or a bigger butt are also fun things to go for, for the girls. - Something more “strange/unwanted” like bigger feet, if this e.g. suits to tease/punish a shoe/style obsessed female player? (But I hope not to see characters getting too ugly). Controls: - IQ drain, leaving a character a bit slower but not completely helpless mind wise. - Wearing provocative/revealing outfits (no “over the top bimbo-slut stuff” though). - Not being able to wear underwear. - Forgetting something basic like the days of the week or reading the clock could lead to fun awkward situations. - Classics like: strip your top/pants right now, give a hot strip show in front of the class or make out with xy right now - Having to speak with an accent or slang (French? Cowboy or Surfer-slang? etc.) - Having to greet everyone in a strange way e.g. with a kiss, a tight hug or a kinky/flirtations one-liner. - Being forced to say your inner thoughts/daydreams aloud. Really looking forward to this project (as well as you other stories of course). I just love to see this fun game with some normal/sincere transformations and commands for good disbelief/fear/shock moments as well as some welcomed ones for fun/joy reactions.

2023-06-24 15:30:55 Yes your conclusion about the costs and A-Karma are correct. You do not get any Anti-Karma for changing somebody in a way he/she enjoys. Only if you change them in a way they do not like you get some. The cost of a small/liked change is 20 Points. A medium/neutral one is 50, a big disliked is 100 and a huge/hated one is 170 (which is the max cost for a change or command). The formula is meant to prevent big/disliked changes from happening early on in the game, as everyone only has 80 points available at the start. There is no "Control" Option in the game. It's a "Command" option and should basically work like if you chose dare in truth or dare except you magically have to go through with it. --> Going without underwear is fine as you can state that as a command, talking silly or greeting strangely should work too. IQ drain on the other side is not possible with the Command option. You could only command somebody to act like a bimbo, but you can't make them a real one. But I'm not saying IQ reduction can't happen, but if it does it will be part of a transform option. (as the brain is part of the body :)). In general it sounds like you want a fun story and game with some small changes and their reactions in the focus, which is not what was voted for! ^^. People voted for evil scheming ^^. So, while the early chapter(s) will start out slowly with such minor changes, I plan to have some genius scheming plans in this story... I just have to come up with them still ^^.

I see, makes sense now with the points, I like it! As you say, this method creates steady rising stakes and options with the growing pool of points. Oops, yeah meant “command” and yes, that sounds more fun as just plain Control. Having to do something against your will: fun and/or evil! All my hasty written ToC ideas are just ideas, if something does not fit, I am not mad :) or if it’s a transform not a command that’s fine too :) You got me wrong: the vote is final and I am too looking forward for a bigger plot with also scheming, as this is most interesting and what you really write well/with most pleasure, too (?). I’m just happy, that it’s not a mudslinging right from the start. Have fun creating it.

Hexxet

Yeah I have to admit I like elaborated plots which bares the danger of containing too much story overshadowing MC and sexytime ^^. Alright, glad you like the scheming :). The stuff you wrote just sounded rather fun and tame, but I'm looking forward to creating the first chapter with such a slow start as well :)
