Hey everyone! I hope your April is going well! This is a post to announce the upcoming drops/drip of images and to say that I think I'm going to do away with the 3 image at the start of the month drop. It was useful when subs were taken on the first of the month but now it's spread out there's no real need and I can be more organic about releases. Now that's out of the way, more about these new pictures:

I've spent spent the last 36 hours pretty solidly just rendering. Not even making characters in Daz, or building the scene in Blender; just rendering out scenes I'd already set up (and fixing the problems that always seem to magically appear out of nowhere during a render). The images are from a new world I want to build, where an apocolypse of giants has reduced many of the world's cities to rubble, and humanity clings on as the giants roam the land. I want it to have a cinematic vibe with movies like Blade Runner 2049 and Mad Max Fury Road among my influences, but with a very real/near future/gritty feel. It's going to be a soft world building process, so I don't want to delve into exactly how things have happened, and I don't think there will be a narrarive arc; I just want to make the best, most atmospheric, most beautiful images I can.

The rendering for these pictures is now done but I'm going to put these out over the next couple of weeks one at a time (I'm ahead of schedule!) which will give me time to write a short bit of text for each and catch my breath. Each image has a batch of alternative views (between 5 and 7) for Big Boss and Mega Boss tiers which will help to tell the story even more, or give some (crazy exciting) POV and close ups.

I hope you're excited, not long to wait, I'm hoping to get the first one out tonight!

The pace with which you've ramped up the ambition of your 3d stuff is super exciting! Loving what you've done so far!

Thanks so much! I really appreciate the encouragement. It helps so much when people notice the effort! I've got a vision and I'm just trying to make it happen. Once I get into compositing it should really up my game too.
