I posted the first image of the donut on Twitter just over a week ago as a bit of an announcement. I'd done the famous Blender Donut tutorial and I was ready to put it into action.

Last week my first scenes were a sequence of the owner of the donut returning to find it nestled in between the buildings. I made this scene so that I could jump into making scenes for a bit of fun and gratification, and to try out Giantess Tina's gorgeous Cities for Blender package! I'm not planning on going down the stylised character route but this is a cool model and really fit with the donut model. My focus will be on realistic rather than stylised characters but if you like the cartoony aesthetic let me know and I might be able to make more!

As you can see I have very few assets right now and I'm tying to make the most of them. All my effort are going towards getting a model (any model) to a level where I like it and it's rigged properly, but obviously I want crowds and vehicles and smoke and... you get the picture.

Just putting my hat in the ring for the more realistic aesthetic, but this is a super exciting development and I can't wait to see what will emerge from you exploring a new medium!
