I did it! It's a small update but still an update.


Changes:

- Added a new sub-menu to the pause menu to control the behaviour of the a.i. This affects all the a.i. globally. Also keep in mind, if you set some of those settings to 100%, the a.i. will not stop and loop certain animations (like the pinning for example).

 - Adjusted the way the spawner works, since it was having issues on uneven terrain, especially when being very small yourself. 

- Fixed a bug where spawned characters won't move.

- Fixed a bug that would cause the a.i. to get stuck when trying to pin a target underfoot but miss the target.

I hope the bugs I mentioned truly are fixed, there's probably new ones around. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the little update.

Update is pretty good! I did find a pretty bad bug, though... Whenever you get stepped on, you loose total control of your character! Only thing you can do is pause, look around, and change from first to third person... Other than that, the sliders are pretty cool! It would be cool to see a slider that changes what sizes the a.i. is aware of... For example, right now when you set yourself to a size -2 or lower, if an a.i. is size 5, they will not do anything... If there were a slider to change that, you could change whether they could see you if you were tinier. Since there is already an unaware option, I kind of feel that that limit is a bit redundant... Just my thoughts though! TL;DR: You stop moving when stepped on, a.i. sliders are pretty cool, size awareness slider would be fun, and the update right now, other than bugs, is cool! Thanks for your attention!

I have not encountered that bug yet. Would be good, if I could get confirmation on that from someone else. Adjusting behaviour for certain size wouldn't be a bad idea but this would require some more tinkering. I'll keep that in mind though.

Thanks for the response! I hope that, in the case that other people do encounter this issue, that you are able to easily fix it... Like I said, the a.i. sliders are a pretty fun and nice addition! If I encounter anything else, I will be sure to let you know.

I can confirm on step or drop you lose character control, forcing you to restart.

Thanks, I'll have a look into it. Seems like the busy state is not reset. It's weird though, since I didn't touch these functions while working on this update.

Is there anyway we can manually add in more models?

That's a little workaround I've implemented for testing. I forgot that that was still in there. It resets the busy state.

Nice little update. It may seem like not that much, but it really add a lot to the gameplay. ^-^

You can press "I" btw to reset your busy state, if you can't make anymore inputs. I implemented that as a backup for testing purposes. I probably should mention officially that that's a thing. Individual A.I. manipulation would be something for a later point. Not quite sure how to pull that off just yet.
