Upgraded my computer. On the plus side, everything is much faster now. On the minus side, I have to set everything up again, which took up quite a bit of time. But I'm done with that now, so things should go back to normal.

The head is a separate object with its own expression morphs. There is a complete rig for the face, but due to the way the original model is set up, with two different rigs, I am not able to port that over.  There are two additional morph for the chest to fit into the two outfits as well.
