Wrap3 upgrade

Another upgrade down. This one took over my entire off day due to a request from xblurp that adds a bunch of stuff that has never been done for Tracer, as far as I know. The jacket has morphs that can open up. The harness and chrono device is removable, and the texture edited to make the jacket looks good without it. 

This release is basically a complete overhaul, so it is advised to remove all previous Tracer files before installing this one. You have been warned. Currently this has the classic outfit + all the alt color. I'll have to redo all the other outfits before they can fit this morph.

Fixed the hands of the figure. Hand poses should work as indented now.
