This Romantic World Page 289 (Patreon)

Edit: tried to upload a version with some tweaks and Patreon just sort of wasn't having it tonight and wouldn't let me do it. The weird thumbnail version will have to suffice for now, will fix it as soon as the site stops being a dick.

Edit2: Seriously going insane. Image straight up will not appear on desktop but appears just fine on my phone. Sorry for the issues. It's almost 3 AM for me and I need to go to bed, would never have tried to make a simple edit if I'd known it would cause such issues. Will try to fix again first thing tomorrow.

I think the hardest part of this page was just figuring out what Shiro's "weapon" should be. Certainly there would be all kinds of potential melee weapons laying around a tool closet. But I found that when I put something like a wrench in his hand in that middle panel, he looked a bit too unintentionally menacing. The plunger may have been too far in the opposite direction tonally, but I personally found him wagging it at her too amusing to cut, so here we are. 

Hope you guys like the page of course. This giant scene will be wrapping up soon, but not before we check back and see if Chloe has come out of her coma yet next week! :)
