Well her manner of speaking is inspired by a character named Scarface from an old Dave Chappelle movie called "Half-Baked." As for her slang, in my head the only rule is that there are no rules. She can pull from any era that I'm familiar with so long as she hopefully remains entertaining without straying into annoying about it.
