This Romantic World Page 171 (Patreon)

Scene complete! This was a big one and it feels good to finish. I hope you guys enjoyed it in spite of the last-minute story stitching I had to do when I wrote myself into a corner a couple of months ago. I think it worked out well in the end. It certainly made Chloe's comic debut happen sooner than it would have, and that's a plus for me.

Speaking of which: Chloe! I like to think the big bullet points about her are  made clear in this page and the last one, those being that she's Isaac's stepsister and best friend, and that she obviously likes spying on people. Like Isaac, she was created for the TRW prequel VN, so if you've played that you already know all about her. I say this because I'm attempting a bit of a balancing act here: on one hand, I want to build on the characters and stories introduced in the game. But on the other, I don't want to make a comic that confuses readers who aren't interested in visual novels or just want to wait until the game is done to play it.
