It's my hope that Parker's declaration doesn't come too far out of left field here. I'm confident that the prequel events of the visual novel set this up just fine, but, as always, I want what happens in the comic to largely make sense on its own. So hopefully this was set up well enough in this scene alone, from the way Parker trusted Isaac with her secrets all the way up to her letting him be the first guy to ever do her in the butt lol.
