I hope Paige's point of view is made a bit more clear here. I don't mean for her to be a hater, she's just the closest thing to an old fashioned mom that my smut universe has to offer. She wants Abbey to have an easy life, and she thinks the ideal scenario involves keeping the house clean and cranking out babies for a financially successful alpha male. If that's not coming across let me know, I may tweak the dialog if need be.

I hope you liked this little detour! Next week we're back to Casey and Abbey, and soon after that wrapping up this chapter. I'm super excited for chapter five, and I hope you guys like what I have lined up when its ready!

That's a pretty old fashioned take, but I can see where it might be internally consistent. It doesn't seem like Paige and Abbey are doing badly for themselves... but maybe the dead dad had good life insurance. Sure makes one think about how a dead dad affected Abbey.

Old fashioned view point hilarious contrasting with her "situation" at the moment. See this viewpoint irl and its a realistic view point. At the same time Paige has done pretty well considering the hubby is dame overed. Side note: Who picks a fight with a hippo and expects to walk away in one piece rather than fifty?! 😏

Yeah, I sure hope it was an actual Hippo, LOL! Now THAT'S Alpha Male! (I'll show you, you 1200 lbs of muscle and bad temper!) Anyway, I have no issue with Paige's view point and more than I do of anyone's in the TRW-verse. I can't wait for Chapter 5 as whatever you have planned, I'm certain it'll be awesome!

Yeah it seems like she doesn't mind if she sleeps with women. But ultimately prefers that she finds her self a man for her future lol. Shes a bit skewed... But I get it lol

I think the hippo punching (which made me lol for real) explains a lot more about Paige's frame of mind than anything. If she was attracted to a man deluded enough to think punching a hippo would end any other way... well, that says a lot. Abbey is possibly better off?

Her way of looking at it is def insensitive/old fashioned but that's ok; the views of the character don't reflect those of the author after all and it seems like her being set in her ways is going to be a point of conflict in the story. I do wanna know why her husband was fighting a hippo though lmao

Paige seems like a nice mom, I'd love to share a hotel room with her! but now you are obligated to show us a flashback of her husband punching a hippo.

Also, seems less like homophobia on Paige’s part and more of an... old-fashioned mindset. The idea that a husband is more ideal for Abbey than a wife.

As of this day 4 Milfs have made appearances in the Reinverse; Sylvia(Casey) Raina(Chloe) Luka(Eliana) and now Paige(Abby). I wonder whos mom we’ll see next? Bria? Liz? Morgan? Jane? Lydia? I'm leaning towards the idea that after Abbey's father died, they were poor and struggled until Paige's career took off. Paige wouldn't want Abbey to ever want for anything again, the way I see it.
