This scene isn't exactly canonical, it was only really meant to show that Sylvia would have no issues fucking her daughter's male classmates. But now I like the idea that her and Derek actually hooked up at some point in the story. Maybe Sylvia is friends with his parents, or something along those lines? In any case don't be surprised if I find a way to ret-con a sexual history between them into the comic or game at some point.
