This is Zecora, she is currently 34 years old and was born in an unknown town in South Africa.

Celestia (in the dimension of Equestria) had to send all the souls of her subjects and some sentient beings from other parts of that kingdom (with the Exodus Magic) to another dimension, due to a catastrophe that  occurred, destroying Equestria.

Due to it being a sudden and desperate act she sent them to a place that she regularly visited on her travels. To the Human Dimension. (Ours, not the Equestria Girls one).

Once that was done, she realized that things would happen in the future that  ould repeat the mistakes experienced in Equestria. Therefore she had to prepare everything to avoid a future catastrophe that would now hit the Human Dimension.

However, she needed someone who could help prepare everything. By this point, there was only one inhabitant left who was not reached by the Exodus Magic. "Zecora".

She promised to help Celestia, and for that, Celestia cast an ancient magic upon her called "Eternal Spirit." Due to this spell, Zecore was allowed, once reborn, to come back to life along with all the memories she had obtained in her previous lives, including those in Equestria.

Due to this she has acquired a very high level of experience in many subjects, mainly in magic (and although in Equestria she was not a unicorn, she can manipulate magic as if she were one.)

At this moment, she lives with the current reincarnation of Celestia, but she also helps the Carriers (because they are still young and inexperienced) while also acting as a second mother for the group, keeping them on a good path that will ensure they don't misuse their powers.
