1: First-of-the-month patron billing (Current)

The current plan is where patrons will be charged on the date they joined, and the on the 1st on the next month. 

EG: You joined on the 21st of June, your second bill will be on 1st July. 

2: Subscription Billing (New)

However, with the new billing method, patrons will be charged on the day the joined, and then charged on the same date on the next month.

EG: You joined on 21st of June, your second bill will be on 21st of July.
