This is loosely based on a dirty cop named Rafael Perez. Part of the Rampart Scandal in the late 1990s. The scandal concerned police misconduct connected to the L.A.P.D.'s anti-gang unit, CRASH (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) The Tv show the Sheld also browed inspiration from it

Here are some good DW pics: Richochet, Fallen, Now you see me, Malcolm X, out of time? (With Eva Mendez. May have the title wrong) Philadelphia, Glory, American Gangster, and there is a great sci-fi movie with Russel Crowe, just can't remember the name. My favorite actor...can ya tell 😀

Denzel is incredible and likeable in both Mississippi Masala and John Q. Please, please, please watch John Q. I would be okay if this became the Denzel channel for a while.

Denzel is great as always but honestly this film does nothing for me. Man on Fire is THE Denzel movie you need to see.

John Q or Deja Vu are really good Denzel movies. Out of Time is an underrated one too that also features Eva Mendez.
