About pledge Changes (IMPORTANT, please read) (Patreon)

This is gonna be important, specially for the one in the 1$ Chocolate Cookie tier.

It maybe a good chunk of text, but if you're in the current 1$ this may affect you.
If you're on the higher tiers dont worry, yet I still recommend oyu to read it to check the state of things :)

February 2022 is gonna be the last month where this tier will be available. It's a decision I been thinking a lot and I can't lie, the results worry me a little. With all that said, Here's a detailed explanation why.

1- Moving to my own place: Its been a season of big changes for many of us (Being a young adult is fun, Covid isn't tho) and one of the big projects for me, is moving to my own place. for the sake of independence, privacy and even more workspace.

Altho I already manage things pretty well, this will mean a change on my expenses, a change I'll have to take care of.

2- Fees and taxes: Im not gonna call names of companies or banks, neither explain the protocol I follow every month, but in a nutshell, the process of getting the income of my art in my hands is full of small charges. For example, If I charge 30$ for a commission, between all these fees I may end up getting 25$ or less.

Im not angry for this honestly, both international and national banks do a great job keeping my income safe, but 1$ per month is just not enough to cover what I do.

3- Work times and Teamwork: In regards what I mentioned earlier, I don't feel the time and effort I put in my artwork is reflected on the 1$ tier anymore. It's not a matter of appreciation, but a logical issue.

There's also an important detail, there's other artists I work with every month, they help me with linework, coloring, animation and sound... Most of my projects wouldn't be possible without em.

Not all the money goes for myself, but also to pay the artists and mods who help me :)

There's other factors that I don't feel are important to explain right now since I dont completly understand em, like inflation in my country and weird stuff like that. I feel what I explained already is more than enough :)

So What's gonna happen then?

I'll create a 3$ Tier that will replace the Current 1$. The new tier will recive all the benefits of the old one.

The current 1$ Will continue to exist but won't have any benefits. There's people who has told me that they want to keep supporting me but they can't pledge more than 1$ and I really appreciate their generosity (◕‿◕✿)

When things are gonna change?

The new pledge system will start running from March 01 2022, but I'll create the new 3$ pledge between february.

In case you wanna upgrade, I strongly recommend you to do it during the first days of March.

Since we're paying +2$ in this new pledge, will we recieve more content?

Not really, The new 3$ pledge will have the benefits of the current 1$ one, wich is 1 colored pic every weekend (4-5 each month)

If you put things in perspective, it's like youre paying less than 1$ for getting exclusive access to each pic, so I feel its still a pretty good deal.

What will be state of early access/rewards after these changes?

This next one its an approximation callendar, where each color represents a different type of reward. I think this is the best way of explaining things.
