China always stands as a wonderful testament of how much a government can successfully erase its own history, at least among its populace. Also, maybe we can assume that the whole technology speeding up society thing continued apace in the Star Wars U until anything that happened over a month ago could be considered ancient legend.

I actually really love the way you went about this video. I think it would be good to cover Anikin one day, but the Jedi is such a weird concept across all the films. ESPECIALLY with the new one. What I've found about the new film is it likes to act as if the prequels never happened, leading to a few weird continuity hiccups. It mesh's much better if you pretend that the only movies besides the new one are the original trilogy, then it's a lot easier to understand why things like Jedi would be mythical.
