How to Join the Discord Server (Patreon)

Hi there everyone, for those who wonder how you can join the server, (and access the content without waiting for a new batch to be sent in a few days) here's a little indication on how to do that.
Go to the settings on your Patreon page, once you're there, click on "more" to be able to see the "connected apps" option. There you will be able to link your discord and will automatically join the server with your role properly assigned.
I added an image to explain a little better what you should see. In mobile you might need to swipe left in order to see the "more" option in the settings page.
