Tooth fairies party WIP0 (Patreon)

A silly picture that was proposed recently ^^
Temy trying to teach a few fairies a few things from her experience as a sort of "medic" in the dental domain... but fairies being fairies, that is not an easy task ... also they may have been staying more than anticipated, and more fairies have been coming in and out for a while now ... leaving our poor host in a bit of a strugle xP ... poor girl .
Im not 100% sure on the composition just yet, but thats what I got for now ^^
