We changed to "subscription" based charging but... (Patreon)

Hi all! Patreon FINALLY offered us the ability to change charging to a "subscription" base- so instead of being charged on the 1st of every month, you should only be charged exactly a month after you made your pledge. HOWEVER, we recently got a message from a Patron who subscribed on Oct 29th and was then charged again on November 1st, which should NOT happen now. Has anyone else experienced this?
