So in regards to the "is this an ad or not?" question: It is. It's a cf for Davich Optical. The title of the track is a play on words because Davich is 다비치 in Korean, and the title is 다 빛이나. It's the same pronunciation for the first 3 syllables. There's an article with more information on the CF. In my experience, most well made CFs don't make it ridiculously obvious that it's an ad. Woo Hoo and Girl Crush by Mamamoo were also CFs. And Chocolate Love by SNSD is one of my favorite CF songs.
