Both girls will go from hourglass thickness to fully blown 3B figures before ending up as massively-titted blimps, and all this while turning into huge-lipped bimbos at the same time, with Dr. James taking notes of the whole experiment and just before he is about to offer one final pill to them both, a pill that will turn them into extremely curvified blow up dolls as the final test!
