Nurse Mary Ann is now a juice-swollen orb of massive dimensions, her nurse uniform is in tatters and stretched over her truly gigantic backside, while her humongous desk size boobs and room sized belly are still aggressively filling up with blueberry juice at a very alarming pace!

The blueberry juice swollen nurse's body is now about to escalate in width and height as she is about to not only reach the ceiling - with her massive blue body starting to being squished between the floor and the ceiling tiles - but she is about to fully demolish all the clinic lobby's furniture and desks before she fills up the whole hall with her massive curves bulging and filling up also a big portion of the surrounding corridors and areas, and most importantly of all, Mary Ann's juice leaks, now spraying in thick gooey streams from every available hole on her body, will flood the entire facility!!!
