Kelly is still swelling up, still rounding out, still inflating over the sand! 

That red, mysterious, candy-looking thing she just swallowed is still working it's expansive magic inside of her as she getting rounder and taller with each passing second! Her curves widen and she becomes more spherically-shaped and massive at a rapid pace, as she is now floating over the hot sand and is about to become an actual-sized hot-air balloon that will make everyone gasp in shock, including her still-unaware boyfriend who is - till that very moment - still reading his paper, before he notices a massive shadow starting to block his sun, and lifts his glance upwards in pure awe...
