The amounts of juice being produced inside of her are so aggressive and abundant that she's literally bloating out of proportion, as every part of her body is getting swollen and deformed into the over-inflated blueberry parody of a cop that she is!

The alley is fully blocked by her expanding curves and limbs, the ground is flooding with sticky juice from her leakages and the previously smiling robber is now worrying about not making it out in time, and ending up as a flat pancake at the edge of the dead end...
