Here's one last build before the public release. I added a bunch of animations on Railgunner to make it more interesting to play and raised the scope resolution for more clarity. I also made some changes to effect overlays and fixed some bugs. Just like Bandit, I added a setting to edit the two-handed snap angle as well.

CHANGELOG:
- Added Railgunner animations.
- Raised the scope resolution.
- Added a new setting to edit Railgunner's two-handed grip snap angle.
- The shield generator, plasma shrimp and shaped glass overlay effects on the hands are now smaller and more transparent.
- Fixed a bug that made the melee swing threshold settings affect only one hand on Loader and Acrid on future runs after changing it.
- Fixed a bug that showed the old bugged scope overlay on the HUD when spectating Railgunner.
