V2.0.0 preview 5 (Patreon)

It's time to say bye to the ugly white pointers for Mercenary and Rex! You can even swing Merc's sword to attack! I'll do the same thing with Loader which is the next character I'm working on. I also fixed a bug for Reverb G2 controllers that would trigger the B button when pressing the right joystick button.
