This time, I voted on what to draw next.

Bats got the most votes. So I drew a bat!

If I hadn't polled, I would have drawn Polypterus bichir first. 

They got the fewest votes.😂🤣🤣🤣

Anyway, The next work will be gecko lizard, the second most voted. 

So if you have a specific gecko species you like, please comment!

There are twitter account that tweeted pictures of bats every day.

When deciding which bat to draw, it was a good reference!

Second sketch

In this step I add fact-based details.

For example, a fruit bat is biting a fruit...

Greater bulldog bats live by the water and eat fish, so I added crying fish.

The flying fox is flying with their pup.

Their ears, noses, and tails are really diverse.

So it was fun to study/drawing!

Color thumb

I wanted to give the night sky a sparkling feel, 

so I added a star particle on the background and their wings.. and add more blue.

There are more than 1400 known species of bats the world, they are important ecosystem components. (pollinating flowers and dispersing seeds and pest control)
