Rule Changes - Patrons! (Patreon)

So I'm implementing a change to the rules. For all of my Patrons who get a drawing reward, you must let me know by the 15th, otherwise I take full creative control
of the idea for that month. (This affects ideas I'm still waiting to hear about.)

Also if anyone is considering dropping from a drawing reward tier, please let me know. I'm considering doing some slight restructuring.
