Attorney Woo is autistic, which pretty much means she runs on logic because emotions are confusing and hard to identify. Studying law is very appealing and comforting because everything is laid out in the various legal documents that make up the South Korean legal system. Emotions are tempting though, exciting and dangerous. It's like the revelations she gets from whales are her suppressed emotions breaking through. Anyone who tries to manipulate her may get more than they bargained for.
