There are a lot of hints throughout the series about the nurse, but they're quite subtle. I've watched this series so many times that I've picked up all of them and there are quite a few. When Mr.Ko asked Psycho Mom about the housekeeper not coming to work, she used the exact same phrase that the nurse used when asked about why Park Ok Ran wasn't returning to the hospital. 'She won't be able to'. Which meant she won't be able to because she's dead. Now you know what happened to Ms Park. One other thing to remember. This is a fairy tale and witches are notoriously hard to kill, unless you drop a house on them or use a bucket of water. Tried and true witch killing methods.
