Dear Patreon community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to offer a sincere and transparent apology for the delay in delivering the rewards that you have generously supported.

Recently, I have faced certain personal challenges that have impacted my ability to meet the established deadlines. The end of a relationship and the need to travel from one country to another have created unexpected difficulties in my personal and professional life. Unfortunately, this has affected my availability to work and create in the comfortable environment I am accustomed to.

I want you to know that I am committed to overcoming this situation and delivering the promised rewards as soon as possible. I understand the importance of the trust you have placed in me, and I do not take your support lightly. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to resolve the challenges I have encountered.

While I cannot share all the details of my personal situation, I want to assure you that I am taking steps to establish a new working environment that will enable me to fulfill my commitments and provide you with the content and rewards you deserve as patrons.

I sincerely appreciate your continued support and understanding during this difficult time. Your generosity and backing mean a lot to me and are a driving force in my artistic journey. I am committed to giving back to you and providing the value you deserve as members of my Patreon community.

I am available to answer any additional questions and provide updates on the progress of delivering the rewards. Once again, I deeply apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding and continued support as I work to overcome the current obstacles.

With gratitude and apologies,

Henry

Be well, and know that I will support your artistic journey regardless of where it takes you. The promise of reward is not why I am here.

Take however long you need to get settled and situated, I will tell you there is no rush on my end. And don't feel the need to share any details about your personal life that you don't want to. Whatever you feel comfortable with is okay and you shouldn't feel forced or anything of the like. The only question I do have is, for the support for next month, do you need it? I hope this isn't offensive to ask but if you need to money to help you financially, I don't mind keeping my pledge even if there are no rewards or you don't know when you will be able to deliver them. But if not, I can come back when you feel you are stable enough to draw again after you get settled in, no matter how long it takes.
