Update 07.06.2018 (Patreon)

Hello dear patreons!

As you must have already noticed, I've been idle for some time, I sincerely hope you accept my apologies.. been disconnected from social networks because of my work and studies.

I explained in previous posts that I was studying Art, and for that reason I was inactive for some months. For some time now I did not have time for anything else. Specially the last 3 months have been hell for me, until the completion of the whole course. For those who do not know what I'm talking about, I am South America, but was studying Art here in Spain for about two years, which ended in May.

They've been quite long years and this affected badly many aspects of my life, since I was forced to neglect some issues. Patreon was one of them, no matter how hard I tried to keep going, there were periods that were impossible for me to keep it together. For real I was very worried about this :(

In general it've been a very long and tedious process. I'm surprised that in spite of everything I didn't collapse. This kind of situation becomes way more difficult when you are alone and away from everyone you love and grew up with.

I obviously feel that I should share this personal information with you, my followers and supporters of my art here at Patreon. I must say, you guys have been a very important part of this process and each one of you has supported me without knowing me. That is very touching and important to me, since this helped me to finance my studies and visa during all this time.

Anyway, as I was saying, the classes are over and I have returned to the normal workflow I used to go with you. I'm going to make some modifications in the rewards and I'll be going back to time-lapse videos along with other things that will reveal later on.

I have just started to review all the messages and emails that you sent me, so I hope it does not take too long to answer them all. I ask you please for a little patience here, because English is not my native language and sometimes it takes me longer than usual to read and answer.

Regarding the sketchbook: As far as I know, all the books were sent. but I have also received a couple of messages from people who did not receive it yet or that it took them a long time to arrive. If you have not received your book yet, please contact me at luxuriz@gmail.com , since it was just myself who was managing everything. That's also why it took a while to get all the shipping done, but up to this day all the books sold were sent.

I just hope to have this little chaos under control in a couple of weeks and continue working normally. I sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and please, accept my honesty apologies.
