I figured that this episode was going to be right up your alley. Loved seeing Tim Roth as Emil again. Now, I have zero dating and/or romantic relationship experience, so I'm in no real position to judge and/or perhaps nothing of what I would say would mean much. I will say that yeah, Jen, spending as much time as she did just glued to her phone waiting for texts or calls back, it seemed most unhealthy. I like how Emil and the group was there to help her open up and vent about her insecurities. I shared the collective groan when Jen admitted to the use of the specific emoji. I agree with your observation that if one is in a relationship of any kind, and they feel that they are giving far more than they receive, and it reaches the point where it causes a strain on one’s mental and/or emotional health, the best course of action would be to end the relationship and/or walk away. I think everything you had to say in your post-episode thoughts was most lovely, Jess. Reminds me once again why I love your videos as you are most eloquent, and you have such wonderful thoughts and insights. Sometimes in ways that I wouldn’t have thought about otherwise. I get what you mean about discovering new insecurities. That tends to happen to me all the time; usually around two, four, and six o’clock every other couple of days. Thanks for this most enjoyable reaction to She-Hulk.
