A statement regarding future art (Patreon)

I've decided that going forward today, I will no longer be creating content nor taking commissions for Fortnite. 

If I'm going to be frank, I've been feeling increasingly uncomfortable and irritated with the audience that Fortnite content would attract; irrespective of how I feel about the art style and character designs. Every time I post something related to it, I recieve nothing but begging for more and more and more, with no intent to recompense me for my time. 

Said content has also been stolen and reposted from me with no attribution, at far lower qualities. People have even blocked those who will call them out on it, and become disproportionately mad over the suggestion that stealing art is actually bad. Patreon and commissions are a large part of my income. That is not meant as a pity plea; that is the god honest truth -- not just for me, but for a lot of other artists out there.

I'm also increasingly uncomfortable with the age of some of the audience Fortnite content attracts. When you see people interacting with minors who will go on to even create this content, I cannot, in good conscience, continue to contribute. There is a major difference between me ageing an ambigiously aged character up to 18, and people who will encourage and interact with a minor creating NSFW content. If that's the place we're at, then I want no part of it.

It's sad it's come to this; I enjoy the Fortnite aesthetic, and I enjoy some of the NSFW content that other artists have done. But I've honestly become far too frustrated and disappointed with how people treat me, how they treat other artists, and honestly, how some artists treat those back.
