Just seen this and was reminded about how labels were saying they'd be pushing for global groups, either promoting in America or getting Americans and putting them in groups. This seems to be the part of the start on JYP's end. Interesting.

Tbh as long as Stray Kids, NMIXX and Twice are in JYP they're probably not going downhill anytime soon but if they decided to push these global groups instead of their current artists then I definitely can see what you're saying

there's also groups like blackswan so i'm sure the company will be fine

Thanks for posting this bc I actually had no idea about A2K. I just happened to see your notif on my phone, it’s 1am and here I am watching rn lol

What do you mean? I'm not implying that JYP is going down or the company won't be fine. I'm just wondering how the global group would be received globally and wondering what market they'd cater towards.

mmm. My fault I totally misunderstood. I can totally see what you mean though, typically groups like that don't get much attention unless it's negative but hopefully it does well

I’ll have to Edit this once I fully watch but I believe it’s based in America trained in Korea then debuting in America, but I’ll have to watch the episode to know fully lol but this seems interesting I wonder if kpop fans will like it as I always see fans hating on non Asian trainees on survival shows, jyp is also doing their Japanese survival show at the same time as a2k, niizu 2 which is also interesting jyp doin a lot out there, also still waiting for jyp to debut their group from loud been two years and tnx has only debuted from it smh also again editing this comment when I get the chance to watch but when I heard this since it’s America I wonder if people will think of like “making the band” when they go into it more lol
