Yeah, assuming companies (kpop labels) look at yt channels before deciding if they'd want to work with them to check how your videos perform, it doesn't really make sense for me to leave videos up with only 1-2k views. Especially if it's of their artist. I'm just going off of the things that I heard when I was in mini meetings in Korea. Idk if any companies are even looking at my channel lol

Ohhh, that’s interesting! Never would have thought of that. Have you reached out to companies? Or do you have to wait for them to reach out to you? It would be cool if they reached out to you! It’d be a cool opportunity for you, and I’d be happy someone super genuine was working with the idols! Maybe you can ask your viewers to reach out on your behalf, and let the companies know we want to see them work with you? But don’t feel like it’s needed for your content to be enjoyable or worthy or whatever. 😁 I enjoy your content even for groups I’m not interested in, because I like how genuine you are and your fashion knowledge is interesting as someone who knows nothing about fashion 😁 have a good day and I hope you feel better soon. 🖤

Yeah, it's interesting and quite hard for me to really accept since I didn't really care about how videos performed all this time I was just posting because I recorded a video, but when that was presented towards me I had to change my relationship with the metrics. Though, I don't really like having to care about numbers, I think it has added a bit more stress onto my plate. I actually have reached out to a few companies on the main emails that are accessible to the general public, but I think that there's A&R emails that I don't have that would be a lot better to email, I guess I'd have to gain those contacts through connections. I have thought about something like that before, but I think I would start with newer groups that I may end up enjoying, who's emails or socials may not be so full and hard to reach, so maybe! I don't feel like it's necessary, but I think the switch up in content provided would be more fulfilling for me overall. Yeah that really sucks that people who are in it for the genuine enjoyment get the short end of the stick due to numbers. I understand it from a business perspective, the company wants to promote their artist, it’s just not super encouraging for the more sincere YouTubers who would genuinely love to work with artists. I love when people who really like kpop film with idols because I feel like the vibes are so much better and the content is more fun. Like I feel like the idols can also tell when someone isn’t actually interested in being there you know? Which makes it less fun overall. I think you’d have great content and that the idols would have a lot of fun with you! I’m also certain we’ll see you filming with them someday! I really believe that. And I think your thoughts about filming with smaller idols you might enjoy is actually a great plan if you want to pursue that. It would be great for both sides. And as for the A&R emails yeah it makes sense that there are emails that aren’t necessarily shared with the public but it would be cool if they check their emails more thoroughly lol. Although I do understand bigger companies having a problem with the influx of tons of emails. I’m glad it made you smile! 😁🖤
