dude i still remember back in the day i watched a few episodes of idols i was interested in but then i was like screw it let's start from the beginning, i think i ended up making it a couple hundred episodes in watching multiple a day.

I love running man! I have probably watched every single episode from the beginning. I have recently stopped within the past few years but it never fails to bring a smile to my face when I need it.

I miss running man, I have been watching this show ever since it came out in 2010, but during the pandemic I kinda stopped watching, but definitely need to come back and catch up. I really recommend watching this show, especially the episodes of the early years was my favourites thats how it got the show really popular since the games/concept of the show was different from other variety shows.

Running man is the greatest variety show of all time in Korea imo. Infinite challenge and X-man are near but longevity made RM special among all shows. I think it’s better to start with guests and it will be more interesting to you to start and their characters will be studied. Episodes I would recommend: ep 162, it’s episode with group of 2nd gen idols with iconic moments in it, ep 409 with Jennie and Jisoo as guests(I know there are two whole blackpink episodes but they were not so interesting to me), any ep with twice, snsd or apink(apink has the best chemistry with cast), ep 426-427 with Joy and Irene(there will also be spy episode where they should find “spy”), ep 376 again with Joy, Irene and Super Junior members. Also, I would not recommend start with Jim’s episode or Ive’s episode. More nowadays episodes are less dynamic, less interesting games and concepts. It could ruin your perception of the show
