Lol u forget the part where they always said she may have gotten plastic surgery to look different since her being alive was always a question since her body “vanished “ from the basement but we saw dad dumped her in the water.... still don’t get how she survived that but ok😂 and boy was sang-tae a mood this ep. he wasn’t putting up with any of their help he said forget it

NAWWWW I HEARD THAT PART but i didn’t think they were deadass because like HOW?

I am just as confused as you are.. so her mum is definitely at the bottom of the ocean. But I agree with you every time the head nurse shows up she gives me like the shivers i keep feeling like shes puppetting everything or something. Before the killer was revealed as Munyeongs mum I also had some thoughts about her being the murderer because we saw a glimpse of her fit in earlier eps and I was like hmmm.. i assume its park o ran doing all this but like how does she know all this info?!?

Maya

Park Okran was just an attention seeker and you could tell she was pretending from that moment when they asked her about the dear clementine song and she smiled and said "everyone's finally paying attention to me". The head nurse is the real mom, she was always lurking around park okran and the dad, always in everyone's buiness with those crazy eyes. She just gave bad vibes the whole time and you could obviously tell too because you were also suspecting her.

I'm all caught up!! Also, this is how far I watched at the time. For some reason, I never finished it even though I loved every episode lol. This just means that I'll watch the rest with you for the first time.

Man oh man! This episode was a rollercoaster 🎢... I was always suspicious of the head nurse but the reveal still gives me shivers. I’m so glad you caught the small details with the umbrella scenes cuz it was also my favorite part of the episode.

So I think the dad of the two sisters is about the lady who has multiple personalities. Remember they also said Munyoeng dad went crazy AFTER he killed his wife. He wasn’t before but he did have the Brain tumor so that may have played a part of him going crazy. Now this is me speculating and it probably doesn’t make sense but Munyoeng at one point went into the basement and saw her moms body in one of the earlier episodes. Maybe she left the door open and her mom vanished then. They never showed the body being put in the bag and being dropped in the river. Maybe the dad was hallucinating. Keep in mind the dad always says he killed her but Munyoeng always says she vanished after she saw her body. Anyway definitely hinted a plastic surgery a lot. I love how no one cares about park Oran anymore lol

I think the names of the episodes are just analogies to the real plot stories... in this case the tale of the twin sisters could be refering to the shaman/little girl. but since they put 'father of the two sisters' i had two theories (lol) one being simbolizing Munyoeng moms and the nurse like the before when she is alive and the after when she comes back. two being Munyoeng herself and her mother since her father called them both monsters. btw really enjoying your reactions, loved this plot and the psychology behind. hope you're having fun with it!

A tale of two sister is apparently a famous/old tale in Korea there's even a horror film about it (with the same name) and from what I know the story is pretty similar to what this episode portrayed through both Ko Munyeong and that patient's childhood with all the abuse from moms/step-moms and the dads acting as (harmful) bystanders. But anyway in this series the episode title are always referencing to famous/old tales or Ko Moonyoung books to illustrate the said episode. So just by knowing the title and the story it references you can get a better understanding of the said episode and its overall storyline.
