I know my reaction was something to the group, I was just shocked LOL. I am content now after thinking about it for a bit.

Everyone in my list made it except K (jungwon took his spot) its been 2 days and im still in my feelings like wtf. Happy for who made it and still supporting the group dont get me wrong but like how tf did K not make it...K. And to know he was ranked 7th for global votes which means he would have been in the group rn if they kept it based on global votes and not producers choice🤯😡. The only time he had an off performance was when he was sick, that was it. his vocals were always stable, he was one of the only trainess i could always tell was actually singing live, he choreogrpahed 1 of the most iconic dance routines/memorable moment in the damn show (helloooo) hard working af, his stage presence/ dancing abilities were always A1, this man was looked up by all the trainess, but he didnt make it, y? All because that hating as kid on twitter started making up all these fake ass rumors about k and him being r*cist. Ever since his evil editing started k become everyones damn punching bag over absolutely nothing. his talent got overlook over rumors. & what’s even more messed up is how these producers sat & continuously praised K practically every damn performance. They lifted his spirits so damn high. But on the bright side 😂 I finally have a group I’ve been with not only since pre-debut (besides treasure) but since the legit begining/start of it all👏🏾 I have achieved my goal y’all lol

I had everybody but K make it. Ni-Ki took his spot but I have my reasons why they did what they did.

I understand lol. All trainees r talented but anytime I watch any variety show there’s always those 1 or 2 people I just know will make it and it wouldn’t be right if they didn’t😂 Niki Heeseung and k were those 3 for me. But hey I’m happy we got our j brothers (j and jake) together

For me it was the BIG HIT BIG 3 (Heeseung, Jay, Sunghoon) that I knew were for sure gonna debut

Ohhhh I can see looking back now. I wasn’t sure about Sunghoon until after the performance with him, k and jungwoon that was when I started to notice him.

I will watch later but all I have to say is congratulations to the the chosen 7 but I’m salty that K was not one of the members. Very disappointed and hope to see him on the stage again.

my question... after a few days of processing this whole i-land experience... is... why couldn't big hit/belift or whatever have let it be a 9 member group. THINK ABOUT IT. That would have been kinda fire, like each boy group a different number of members... BTS seven, TXT five, and the iland boy group nine (yes I know they have a name, not posting in the comments for spoilers) so anyways being an avid supporter of two eliminated members FROM THE BEGINNING, i am v disappointed but I have grown a liking to the final lineup, probably will end up keeping an eye on them regardless for their official debut by the end of this year

For the followers of the show on social networks, the first three positions were to be expected. Jungwon, Jay, and Jake's fans organized very well, publicized and raised funds. So I thought, they will actually debut. I was worried about K, since in the last week there were very negative comments, especially in Korea, in weverse many fans of K mentioned that they voted for Ni-ki, since it was low in voting, they trusted that the producers would choose K. The Sunoo thing did surprise me, but on weverse his fans were concerned, because their views and interactions dropped in the last week. I liked the 9, so I am I like the final lineup. I was in shock about K, since in my mind he was part of the final group, not Ni-ki, I saw him very young. But I will still support the group.

My final lineup debuted. Ever since the whole K drama last week.. I figured he’d be replaced, but it was still hard to see. Especially because nothing was ever confirmed to be true...Overall, I really hope the rest of the trainees will find their own place soon.. like many of the p101 trainees have and debut soon. I really think it was smart of them to debut 7, but would’ve been happy either way. This group has a great dynamic.. I’m excited to see what type of music they release.

K was the only one in my list that didn't make it as well. I was heart broken for him and just completely shocked. He was my favorite since the beginning. He's so talented and kind and took the other members constructive criticism to heart and changed how he did things. He was a great leader and dancer. And poor Niki when he was crying when he realized that K didn't make it just hurt me. But I'm happy for the 7 that made it and will always support them.

I thought I had prepared myself for every elimination that could of happened but K's still did break my heart. His reaction and Nikis was hard to watch. I do think he will be able to have a successful career after this. He is so talented and showed a lot of growth in the show. Daniel too. I'm so happy for the group and excited to see what they come out with tho.

k's situation is absolutely heartbreaking for me. knetz had a whole campaign to ruin his debut opportunity by faking racist tweets and only apologized for it yesterday. i really hope we get to see him debut soon either in a group or as a soloist.

Definitely shocked that K and Sunoo were up for elimination I never expected that. I thought they would be in the debut group, but I’m not mad at the final lineup just surprised....and definitely heartbroken for K 😢 Sad to say goodbye to any of the final 9 at this point. They all grew on me the last few episodes. While this episode was stressful and sad thank you, Anthony for making it hilarious as well. I was practically crying laughing at your take on the group/fandom names and the cutaways to BTS and Bang PD 😂

I'm just sad about K the most. i'm keeping in mind that with a show of this scale, if K or daniel wont be continuing training with big hit (not sure if daniel was to begin with but bang pd's comment at the end made me think otherwise) other companies will snatch them up. daniel is still really young, with a few more years of experience I feel like he could be a great addition to any team. i know kpop fans will try to make you believe K is too old now to continue training and debut later on because apparently once you're past 24 you're just senile, but i'm really looking forward to see what K does in the future

I was and still am so upset about what happened with K. He’s one of the oldest ones so this could’ve honestly been his last chance to debut (not completely but it is less). And it was all ruined because knetz stirred up a rumor that he was racist. They even apologized for it but not until yesterday which was too late, and all because he’s Japanese. It amazes me how xenophobic they are.

I also think the reason why Heeseung, Sunoo and Sunghoon placed low was that everyone thought they'd make it anyway(?) Like every twitter stan acc I follow were focused on voting for Jay, Niki and Jungwon mostly so yea I wasn't surprised seeing them snatch top4 ranks. But I was confused as hell that Sunoo wasn't even in top7 for the global votes like what :0

Jungwon was stable through the first half of I-LAND, not the second half, his rankings dropped. His talent was pretty consistent tho! People did focus their votes, it made sense but I def thought he'd remain in the top ranking but at least he made the squad. It'll be fun to watch them as well. :D

to be completely honest before the final line up i only was torn between niki and k, the rest were part of my final lineup so i was really happy. To me, K and Niki were the 2 strongest dancers and it wouldn’t be the best move to have 2 main dancers in the same group, also considering their vocals niki showed more development towards the end than k did, at least i think. don’t get me wrong here but seeing that bh never debuted a group with foreigners before having 2 japanese members would really be a twist for them and considering that sunoo rankings were always on top and he had an incomparable charm between ilanders and also improved a lot it totally make sense that he was producer's pick. Jake has been pretty popular and before i was unsure about his abilities but since flicker he showed a lot of willingness to improve and it happened. i’m happy with the result even tho i feel bad about daniel and mostly k.

One thing that really surprised me was the fact that if the final 7 were all made by global votes, k would've made it in 7th place... he got more votes than sunoo idk what happened but sunoo dropped a lot on global votes...

The only reason that Sunoo got less votes was because most people thought he was safe and decided to save somebody else. I did that and was freaking out at the end. But I'm glad he was saved by the producers.
