콜 which sounds like "cool" is a konglish slang word in korean mostly used by the younger generation which is why saeroi didn't understand him at first,, hes so cute hhh. it sounded like he was saying "coolio" bc he said "콜이요" and the "이요" (ee-yo) is just the formal grammatical ending ! but since it's slang you normally hear it without the formality lmao so it sounds a bit strange using formal language with it which is also why they were like ???

This episode was one of my favorite ones, this series of ep5, 6, 7 and 8 were incredible

i personally have always rlly disliked sua...her entire character is just :/ shes so entitled to saeroi and so wishy washy with her actions/feelings. and saeroi constantly apologizing to her and being so nice to her is just who he is as a person so though i dont agree,, thats just how he is & i guess i can accept that. tbh i dont even like yiseo much either bc shes also kinda :/ but i agree w paul, id rather him be with her than sua ! despite me not liking either of the female leads, this is still one of my fav dramas bc their acting/characterization is so good. i'd rather hate a character than feel indifferent abt them yk

I actually also really like the business aspect of the drama bc while it often can get boring or too confusing in other shows I think they matched it really well with the overall theme of the drama and make the viewers anticipate the development of Saeroyi's business

Duuude jpop and jrock are my life, Japanese idols are the reason I got into kpop in the first place but one ok rock are one of my fav bands I even followed their tour in 2014 or maybe it was 2015? Only 3 countries but those were the best concerts I’ve ever been to. I recomend you deeper deeper, the clock strikes and wherever you are, pleeease watch them live it’s so much better than the mvs (it’s not the same as kpop mv are not that big of a deal to be honest tho they are still good)

just catching up on watching this with y'all. Not gonna lie, when he called Lee Ho-Jin I didn't see the caption. I can read Korean so on the phone I saw it said 이호진 and when you read it off I was like, WOW Anthony's really been studying!! Then I saw the captions lol
