also, "ajussi" means mr/sir, sort of just what you call an older male and "aish" is just an expression for when someones fed up or annoyed

“Ahjussi” (아저씨) - “Older Man” or “Uncle” but not someone you’re related to. The female version is “Ahjumma” (아줌마), even though it didn’t show up in this episode it’s also a very common term. “Aish” (아이씨) - Is the shortened version of a curse word. The shortened version basically means shit, but the normal form of the word “Ai shibal” (아이씨발) means “fuck”.

Finallyyy I cant wait till the next one already lolll The creepy guy story is actually only just building up. They will focus on it more later. There are 2 main plots, one being the creepy guy and the other being the president's blackmailer. So right now the focus for the first half will mainly be the blackmailer, and the creepy guy story will continue to build so that the two plots can merge and then the focus will go more on that.

I love the actor who plays Gook Doo but I have to say his character here really annoyed me too lol. And it is true the president actually doesnt treat her bad, it's only in response to how she behaves to him, And in case you didnt notice already, the president being gay is a joke, he isnt actually lol and he just plays along with it to make her mad XD

Honestly, either way you have the set is fine for me but i do prefer the small screen in the corner. I watch your videos for your reaction cause most of the videos you react to I've seen. I've seen this drama already & im rewatching it with you for your reaction. Whichever setup you like i will still watch you.

I prefer the green screen placement that you kept throughout the video, as the one you had at the beginning cut off not only the beginning of a word but the beginning of a sentence. But does the site you're watching the show on allow customizing the subtitles? Maybe making them slightly smaller would make the green screen fit in the corner without covering any subtitles? Hopefully it won't be difficult to read it as well :/

I didn't mind your floating head, even with that line at the bottom. It's better than the subtitles being cut off, since some people are watching this for the first time (this is actually my 4th time watching it😬). As for Gook Doo I've always liked him. He's kinda dry and unaffectionate, but he does show he cares in his own way. Of course that alone isn't enough to be in a romantic relationship with him, but I know from my experience watching kdramas that this kind of tsundere character always evolves. Also, have you seen his face? I mean... 😏

This is my third time watching this, so glad to find someone reacting to it, but the subtitles are different than on Netflix, so I'm getting a first time reaction to some things lol

Floating head works for me. At the beginning with you blocking off some of the subtitles I was distracted trying the figure out what was going on so it was hard to focus (but maybe that's just me). Either way fun video, and I like the green screen set up :)

Floating head is good with me too, ppl can read the subs that way and you don't block much. Ahjussi is just a way of addressing a man that is somewhat older that's not related. Ahjumma is the female equivalent. I would be considered an Ahjumma to you since I'm almost twice your age but I'd rather not be called it haha. Gook Du is annoying but his heart is in the right place. Reminds me of my nana who was quite gruff and blunt at times but fiercely loyal and protective. Her mum is kinda like that too. Says mean things but comes from a good place (annoying regardless). Once you understand someone's heart you can see them with a more open mind.

I'm fine with whichever placement you like most. I have already seen the show, I'm just enjoying rewatching it with you and seeing your reaction. I'm not sure if anyone answered your questions, the comments are taking a bit to load up, but Ajussi actually means "uncle." In Korea, a lot of familial terms are used to show respect to people. So, when she calls the older man "Ajussi," she's just respectfully acknowledging him as a man who is quite a bit older than her. "Aish" is like the equivalent of "dang," sort of. It's an expression of frustration or annoyance. White Day is a day when men give chocolates and gifts to women, because on Valentine's Day it's more common for women to give gifts to men in Korea. I hope that helped clarify things for you. I'm looking forward to the next video.

You're not crazy for not hearing the names and they aren't just speaking super fast either haha Most of the time, Koreans don't call each other by their names, but by their titles. For example, the director wouldn't always call Gook Doo by his name, but rather "police officer". Bong Soon probably calls the director "Director". And most people are probably calling Bong Soon's brother "Doctor" and etc. They just translate it with the names, so that it's not confusing for everyone. I loved your reaction btw !
